Description
The final version of my re-imagining of the Light Rifle from Halo 4.I'm not a huge fan of how the forerunner weapons look in Halo 4, I don't think they quite match with the other forerunner stuff in the game.
But the real reason for doing this is that I think the Light Rifle and the Binary Rifle look way too similar (especially first person)... and I noticed during the Binary Rifle reload animation, there's some cool stuff (like the floating cylinder) that would have been cooler to have visible.
Anyway, let me know what you guys think!

That looks better and more Forerunner than most of Halo 4 and Halo 5
Color the lights blue and you have a *Forerunner* design, unlike other designs that I know of *cough* Halo 5 *cough*

Wow... this looks REALLY good. This gave me an idea... what if the skins for this replaced the yellow parts with different colors? The shots would also change colors. Just a thought. XD

The design that you have here differentiates itself from the Binary Rifle much better. As far as I'm concerned the Binary Rifle in Halo 4 is a stretched and elongated Light Rifle.

Having finally played Halo 4 and seeing this colored version of your design, I have to say, it would fit in perfectly and would greatly differentiate the light rifle from the binary rifle.

Have you seen the original Halo version? They pretty much just float there in the game, too. I like the unexplained floating because they set it apart as alien and a technology level far beyond our understanding.

I don't recall the weapons in Halo 1 having floating parts... I also searched on Google and didn't find any similar weapons. But it does make sense, being alien technology. Thank you for explaining.
