As if the crossover-tastic nature of Mario being the referee in the original Punch Out!! games for the NES isn't good enough, this picture contains a host of Nintendo characters who are all in the audience, since I didn't want to draw a bunch of anonymous faces. This calls back to the Kirby Super Star arena matches that populated the stands with recognizable characters, and as such, Kirby himself is present as well... somewhere!
