Bill is the deputy sheriff of Prisk, and he takes his job relatively seriously. He suffers from being cute, and in so, isn't taken seriously quite often. He enjoys his job, and wants to keep Prisk safe. As the deputy sheriff, he works under Fyte, the sheriff of Prisk. He is very polite and quite the gentleman. He tends to ramble on about duties or his other passions. Often found at the local café, he only drinks lattes.
