"The name's Tommy Knox. Close friends know me as, Sticks. I’m what you’d call a “Hired Gun.” Think of me as a freelancer for the underworld. A “go-to-guy” for the morally challenged, if you will. Besides bumping off folks for large wads of cash, I’ve also been known to take on jobs as a bodyguard, a bagman, a driver, a collector and even extra muscle for those who need it. That's pretty damn awesome to be honest. I'm just wondering why is it that comics are always done in inks and then coloured in between the lines? Why don't they actually just sit down and paint every scene or something? It would be so much amazingly cooler. Although it might be a lot slower and money consuming. Not saying that inks and colour aren't good, 'cause they're great. Just paints would be damn coooool.... If ya know what I mean?

Thanks! Yeah, poor Rudy's pens were worn down to nubs when he did this piece. If I remeber correctly, it was a rush job to get it in before the book hit press, but is still came out freaking cool!
Look for the return of Sticks' infamous wardrobe to make its triumphant return in Hired Gun Book III out sometime early 2008!
