The sun was shining. I found myself climbing up the off-road trails in a yellow production version of the Lamborghini Urus SUV. A bit of context, this SUV began it's life as a concept car. After being stuck in development hell, this big bull finally made it to production a little while ago. If you ask me, SUVs are overrated. But not this one. It drove really smooth, the all-wheel-drive griped the roads and trails really well. The trails I was traversing had no guard rails or anything like that. Geez, what is this? Burnout? No. Far from it. Modern racing games lack the quality and value of the Burnout games. Not even Forza Horizon 4 holds a candle to Burnout 3 Takedown which is turning 15 in 2019. But enough about that, let's continue racing up the off-road trails. I drifted around the turns and finally reached the site of an acropolis with Grecian pillars and statues on the edge of the island overlooking the sea. I stepped out of the SUV and looked out into the distance. Down beneath me, on the shorelines, I could see the remains of a warship washed up on dry land. Then, I heard the sound of a jet engine. I looked above and could see an unknown aircraft flying overhead. This aircraft heavily resembled an ADF-01 FALKEN . Huh. Carrera, you've outdone yourself again. Granted, she IS the Ace Combat person around here. I couldn't do anything but wish her luck in the Lighthouse War. But enough about that. I let in and out a smooth flow of oxygen. You think you know the Horizon Festival. You think you know how it works. You thought wrong. Prepare for everything you knew about the Horizon Festival to be thrown away... Because the action's expanding, to a new location.
