Personality: Shinzo is aggressive, intense, highly self-confident and competitive. His extreme self-confidence has greatly helped him win more races over time. He is often seen riling up his opponents in an attempt to make them lose their focus on the race, and he uses this strategy to his advantage. He also may be a sadist as he is seen to inflict harm onto others, both physically and mentally. Another one of Shinzo's notable traits is his pride. He's a very capable racer and he knows it, but he firmly believes that no one can ever beat him, and his pride can often blind him to his faults. Shinzo does not like being cheered on by his fellow antagonists and like Carter, Shinzo does not believe in good sportsmanship, but the extent is much higher. Shinzo tends to get frustrated easily when things don't work out the way he wants them to.
Goal(s): Defeat the Speed Emperors and Ultimate Five and take 'Tario's crown.
Speed: This guy's just as fast as Sonic.
Strength: Shinzo can overturn large objects many times his weight and size. He is also capable of punching even the heaviest of objects into dust.
Driving Skill: Shinzo is highly adaptable with any vehicle, making him a speed demon with anything on four wheels and an engine.
Athletic Skills: Shinzo appears to be extraordinarily adept at parkour or gymnastics, able to somersault over others with only a running start.
Signature Vehicle
Shinzo drives a Cadillac Cien. It is equipped with the standard pursuit tech which consists of M.D.L.S (Multiple Device Launching System) which allows Shinzo to deploy two "Shredder" spike strips at once, EMPS with 100% more electrical impact than a lightning strike, jammer equipment, a Stun Mine release mechanism, Shockwaves, an Oil Slick release mechanism, ESFs and turbos. This Cien also has defensive countermeasures to negate the SH-4-D0W, Pandora's mimicking and other weapons and techniques along those lines. This Cien also has cameras instead of mirrors.
