Usually I draw him with a more snide expression but the sketch this was based on had him looking a bit calmer than usual. Still, it was a good sketch, so I felt like drawing upon it.Fun Fact: Originally “Roger” was just a placeholder name and I was gonna change it to make the Prince influence less on-the-nose but it kinda stuck. Also it fit with the theme of the rest of my reptilian characters having names akin to those of 50-something white men.
