Description
This is what I've worked up for what I'll use for Agent Penn if & when I finally get Halo 3 (and a 360). It's the Mark V helmet, EOD chest (it's the one that looks closest to the original Mark V chestpiece-- which REALLY should've been included in any&all armor selections from the start, by the way), and Recon shoulders.
He uses the Plasma Rifle and the Flamethrower from Combat Evolved PC

This is what Penn uses for serious situations & official Freelancer business.

BTW, his personality is somewhat like a combination of several RvB characters, in the following approximate proportions:
>45% York
>35% Simmons
>20% Wash

In all, he's pretty much cocky, serious, and very, very smart.
Like, just-short-of-being-a-technopath smart.
