The last in the villain Reichworld series. Any others I do will be the resistance forces!

Ok I know the running joke was to see Phlegmis as some patriotic hero of this world gone wrong. But he is a villain already! So I figured what better way to make him in Reichworld than to take a page from Victor Von Doom and Iron Man and make him into the perennial anti hero and would be 'savior' of their world! So I combined two michael 3 models to make Phlegmis Prime here and then I outfitted him with some rockin battle armor.

Nachtschatten: Aka Darkwind. The name translates to 'night shadow'. This grizzled veteran of many meta human wars wears his pain on his face and body. Marred to the point of needing cybernetics, he none the less plays a crucial role in suppressing what resistance remains on Reichworld. More of a 'utility' villain since his powers can be used for crowd control all the way to sheer terror, interrogation, and disorientation.
