This is Nxtotem (Reads like Next-Totem), Xatu further evolution. EDIT: Not a Sketch anymore. Could've been better if my pen hadn't dyied on me.

"Arceus is the God pokémon and that is a fact. But it doesn't have the former strenght from his God form for he isn't one with all pokémon anymore. He divided himself so many times among legends, plates, space and time, that he became a 'normal' pokémon among the rest, what forced him to leave his former dimension, know as Beggining Diminesion. But as things left the Beggining Dimensions, many portals connecting it to the rest of the universe were open, like the one atop Mt. Coronet, in the Spear Pillar. In the beggining dimension lies the most pure form of energy. Whenever a pokémon comes in contact with that energy, it absorves enough for thousands of years of life, not only that, but his evolutionary process become independant of items, for they become unecessary and the pokémon comes the closest possible from the Origin Pokémon. Those pokémons that evolve by this method are called, therefore, Origin Form Pokémon. Origin Form pokémon have the force of all of it's previous forms kinds togheter, and only one can exist at time for the sake of the universe balance. For they could be anywhere around the world, humans got amazed by their forms and started worshiping them as local Gods."

"Nxtotem is Xatu last form of evolving. Nxtotem gave birth to all Xatus and Natus in existence. For a Xatu to become a Nxtotem, it would take hundreds of years of peaceful and undisturbed meditation, evolution to yet another evolved form, followed by contact with an 'Ancient Orb'. Therefore this would be a 4th and final form. The orb on his feet holds the knowledge of the universe. The eye on his forehead holds the happenings of the future. His 6 wings keep him in a eternal floating status. The eye in his chest can shoot psybeams capable of destroying mountains and dividing the seas. It was worshiped by the Aztecs as a God."
