You really need to work on your colors, they are so harsh and also basic (green + blue :-S?). It looks so low quality and the BG has nothing special, the brushing looks like apophysis but you did nothing to make the fractals better so they work. ALso, don't use a pixel font on a wallpaper. It's ok for grunge sigs but really its so corny.
