On Hearth's Warming eve each year.
All of the other years though
she had had the worst of luck

she went to her friend.

Can the doctor get local TV stations with those antennae? This looks awesome! It's not just the sculpting, but the metal work looks good too.

Maybe he controls the sleigh and his helicopter backpack by broadcasting his brainwaves? Or maybe they're radar or GPS antennas? It seems reasonable in a song, but in reality a shiny red nose isn't the most reliable of navigation systems, after all.
