Specifically Creall Do & Dry modeling paste hand painted with acrylic paint, then sprayed it with acrylic varnish.
But when you're up close it doesn't look anything like Funko quality though.

Yeah, it's mainly cardboard and modeling clay, covered with heavy duty aluminium tape, sanded to look like brushed aluminium.
Took a little... eh, artistic licence with the design as well.
