_______________________

My weight was this (now last) morning ~ 79kg (+ - 0.3kg) at 180cm height

I eat before workout just one meal and that not complete. I don't know why ... a bad day I thought.
While I was working out I feel strenght like I've doesn't feel many times. Warmup (run 10minutes, 10km/h) I felt great, like I could run all the day, and faster! But I thought, I undereat that day and keep my energy economical. But at my warmup with the first 12 pullups, I felt like it's nothing! (usualy, i feel heavy the last 2 reps) ... so I just take my footweights on and go on. Nothing as well. I take the chain, no idea the weight but I guess ~ 5kg and put a 5kg plate on it. And go on and go on. Last time I count 130 pullups, the time before that i count 118. My target, I decide today, is 150 and I done it. The Last 40 wasn't easy, maybe a bit unclean at the last 2 reps of each set, but I've fuckin done it and I be proud!

So, it's quite nothing for the most of you, but for everyone who works out and take some own decided challanges serious, know what a power this is. Where I started, I just could do 3 x 6 Chin-ups, simple chinups and now I make the Wide-grip-pullups weighted and a beastly count of pullups general.

This is to inspiring you, to motivate you, to make you moving your ass and work on yourselfes! I was 17, starts with 55kg weight at 175 height - I started working on my body to get stronger, feel better, be better. And now I weight nearly 80kg, ripped, reaches all my targets of training and further.
A fight against genetics, a battle against your own body. THAT make you stronger. Your self-confidence and self-consciousness will grow and you have it much easier in you life ... for sure
