To mark my second year in TF2 fandom, and since it was Meet The Medic that drew me in, it seemed right to draw the doctor.Medic, that's not a socially polite way to count to two!

Hm, the way you drew the Medic's boots here... the position of Medic's feet is almost exactly the third base position in ballet, with the heel of one foot set against the middle of the other foot and the points of both feet turned outward so you get a 90ยฐ angle. (Yes, I had ballet training as a small girl. Don't ask me about that.)
My headcanon is that Medic knows how to dance because in the 1920s and 1930s, where he grew up, dancing was pretty much required training for young men of good breeding in Germany, and it was a common pastime for all classes from working class to upper class. After the Great War (WW1) had reduced the male population in Germany, male taxi-dancers could earn money during the 1920s by hiring themselves out to dance schools and other establishments so that the women without partners wouldn't have to dance with each other. Medic sure has the legs for dancing.
But now I have this mental imagine of Medic taking ballet lessons as a boy.

I love your art so much! I think you capture the TF2 style better than anyone else I've seen, and your fanart always makes me smile :3 Meet the Medic is what drew me in, too, and as one of my two favorite classes (I think it's a tie between Medic and Heay 9u9) I highly approve of this piece~
