For fans of the show, I have decided to make Protoman, this is my design of him, I couldn't do the famous scarf and shield he's known for, but I made him to a have role for an idea of future story that I have in mind, he's got the classic white pattern on his helmet, and speaking of the helmet, it's a bit messed up, but I think I'll fix that next time I do Protoman.

So the in-universe explanation is that Protoman was the inspiration for Megaman's design, however, Protoman wasn't built by Dr. Light, which like his Battle Network counterpart, Protoman works for a company, but that doesn't mean that he's particularly happy with his job, but he doesn't complain about it, he does, however, take request from Dr. Light, like the good Doctor, he doesn't trust Sgt. Night, and like Dr. Light, he knows Megaman's secret identity, probably alluding to the fact that Protoman was his inspiration, but Megaman doesn't know, and both pretend to act like they don't know him at all.

So the big question is...does Protoman have his own version of Mega Mini? The answer is no, Megaman was built in his schematics, but made to be both a super hero and a kid that goes to school, whereas Protoman was built to look like a teenager and has experienced war, that's right, Protoman fought in the hard war against his own kind, helping the humans win the war, and he also knows the principal that works at the school that Megaman goes to.

Protoman admits that humans have their flaws, but he also admits that robots have their own flaws as well, but he knows that Sgt. Night's biggest faws are his arrogance and his overconfidence, which would lead him to his downfall, and Protoman knows that because he knows Breaker Night more than anyone else.

Protoman spends time at his favorite restaurant like his classic counterpart does in the games when he's not working, and he does have the talent with music, especially with flutes and clarinets since they are wind instrmuents, and Protoman's real name is Hiro. Protoman does what he can to help Megaman in secret until he can finally reveal himself to Megaman as the one who helped him.

in contrast to Megaman going to middle school, Protoman goes to high school, unlike Megaman who has a human sister that helps out, Protoman has a girlfriend, she's seen as a tomboy who plays videogames and accompanies Protoman when he's on missions, I can't tell you her name because that would be a spoiler.

anyway, I think this has been overdue for about two days, but better late than never. Besides, I'm really needing to work on some stuff.

The Megaman/Rockman franchise is own by Capcom and Cartoon Network, this artwork of Protoman/Blues is done by me and own no rights to the character, this was made for fun as I am aware of the copyright law.
