Alright. What you do is.
Go to edit journal skin and scroll down and find "sharing". Click that and it will give you the CSS. Copy and paste it into notepad and save it.
Then after you have that done click deviantart journal skins category.
It'll bring you to the journal skins category but not the right one.
It needs to be
deviantART Related > deviantART Skins & Scripts > Journal & Gallery Skins > Installable Journal Skins
And then just upload rest of the stuff! :3

You use notepad and when you save the code you pasted in notepad you save it as a .txt document...

I was trying to submit it to: deviantART Related > deviantART Skins & Scripts > Journal & Gallery Skins
But i think i might see my problem now. I tried : deviantART Related > deviantART Skins & Scripts > Journal & Gallery Skins > Installable Journal Skins once before though and that didnt work either... I could try it again though.

Should work because I use that for all my journal skins. Make sure when you select that category ... select the .txt file with the coding then select the preview picture.
