Notable features:
*Eyes: Yellow iris with slight almond shaped pupils.
*Very pale skin.
*Always has at least one weapon/blade on her at all times. She hides a kunai in her pillowcase when she sleeps in case she needs it.
*Scars: Lightning-shaped scars scattered across her arms, collar and back.
*Tattoos: Has a Kanji tattoo of her name in yellow on her left ankle.
*Is almost ALWAYS seen wearing her headphones. She LOVES music.
*She has a slight accent, though it's hard to pinpoint the nation of origin, given the fact that not much is known about her own origin because she doesn't really like to talk about it.
*Because the bolt of lightning didn't ground properly, she has the ability to conduct, redirect, and produce currents of electricity on her own.

Weapons of choice:
Dual bladed weapons / Swords (one blade for each hand), kunai/shuriken.
Her favorite weapon, however, is the blade that she was using when she got struck by lightning. It's a snake-sword (a sword that can break into separate junctions and become flexible and whip-like, like a snake).

Personal Background

Likes:
*She LOVES music. Mainly prefers J-Pop, K-Pop, Electronic, EDM/House, Dubstep, Pop, mainly up-beat styles.
*She loves storms. The rain makes her feel relaxed, and thunderstorms give her a chance to release built up currents of electricity without drawing attention so that it doesn't send her into cardiac arrest from excessive electrical pulses traveling to and from her heart constantly.
*She enjoys sparring with people in her spare time. She can be competitive so she is always training to be the best.
*She likes to read. Mainly non-fiction.
*She likes to play practical jokes on people, and doesn't mind getting pranked back, as long as the prank isn't that bad. However, if someone does something to REALLY piss her off, she has a tendency to get revenge, except make it 10x worse. For example, if someone were to really hurt one of her friends or someone she really cares about, she would not hesitate to royal fuck them up, big time. Like they'd be lucky to make it to a hospital in time before they die.
*She likes to also draw in her spare time; mostly wildlife and just general things that she sees, whether it be people, places, things, scenery, etc. It keeps her calm and happy. She also makes great money off of it by selling some of her works, too.
*Her favorite food/treat of ALL TIME is cheesecake! Any flavor, any topping, as long as it's really good and not poorly made.

Dislikes:
*Probably this biggest thing that she hates is when people purposely hold balloons and other static-producing things up against her just to see them stick to her.
*She doesn't like large swimming pools or large bodies of deep water. Mainly out of fear that she might accidentally electrocute anything and everyone in the water who is nearby.
*She doesn't like people touching her weapons. She is very possessive of all of her personal items.
*She doesn't take kindly to people hurting her friends or people she cares about (as stated above).

Personality:
Rakurai is generally a nice girl. Though she tends to stick to herself most of the time, she still likes to make friends and talk to people every once in a while. However, even though she has a generally nice demeanor, she has a short temper, and can get easily ticked off.
She likes to show off sometimes, whether it be with her talent is swordsmanship, parkour, or dance moves.
She's not really one to listen to people or follow rules, unless it benefits her (e.g. she might need to act a certain way in order to gain someone's trust, or if she doesn't want to get in trouble).

Short History: Around age 13, she was struck by lightning, leaving interesting scars scattered across her body. The bolt entered her body from the tip of the sword she was training with. The electricity traveled through the metal blade and through both of her arms, leaving dark, jagged scars in its path. From her arms, the current then traveled across her collar and also down her back, creating a Lichtenberg figure spread out across her entire back. Unfortunately, the shock of impact knocked her back to the ground, making it impossible for the bolt to ground/discharge properly. Because of this, her entire body became permanently electrically charged.
When Rakurai turned 15, she decided to leave her village and start travelling. She wanted to see the world and what it had to offer, trying to find her place in it. Through her travels, she became highly skilled in hunting/trapping and other such survival techniques, having to live on her own.
One day, she stumbled upon a mutilated body not far from her camp. At first, she was shocked and became worried that there might be some dangerous animals nearby. She decided to search a little bit to see what could've done this.
Suddenly, she felt someone standing behind her. She could tell because of the static displacement in the air. She quickly drew her sword to attack whoever it was, when something grabbed her arm and stopped her. To her surprise and utter shock, she realized it was the Slenderman. She had heard rumors of these woods but didn't believe any of them. He told her that he had been watching her and that he though she would be an excellent proxy. At first she was hesitant and a little scared, but eventually she agreed, thinking that it would be a great learning opportunity.

Abilities

Skills and strengths:
Some of her hobbies include drawing and observing things and people and their behavior from afar.
She's not really one for sports, but she does enjoy parkour and sparring.
She is a talented hunter/trapper and can survive on her own in the wild if she has to.
She is highly skilled with short-ranged weapons and is able to defend herself if she needs to.

Weaknesses:
Her biggest weakness would have to be that she doesn't like to follow strict rules or work in a group. She prefers to do things her way and by herself. She can be short-tempered and headstrong. Quick to act before thinking.
