Ah the memories. I used to wake-up early to watch this as a kid. Poor story and cheap budgets aside if you were a kid in the 90's this was the one show everyone on the play ground watched. Too bad that the story writing didn't improve over the years other wise I might be still watching it.

The quality of writing varies wildly from season to season. The last few years have been pretty poor, but last year and this year's has been a lot more fun than anyone might have expected.

True however after after the in space arc finished I lost interest in the newer seasons due to the lack of consistent writing between seasons.
