It's Quistis Trepe. It looks nothing like her, but that's okay...Made her a new outfit, not too far off from her one in the game (since they are both pink), but there still are some differences
Inked with Photoshop 7.0. nothing much done to this image.

oooooooooooooooo da lips... *makes pouty faces in an attempt to mimic* Quistis is a cute chara, but I didn't really like any of the girls in ff8, to tell you the truth. ^_^;;
I love how you shaded it, it reminds me of something an old friend of mine might draw, but he was more into manly muscle things and stuff you'd find on the front of a Korn CD.

Even if you were as bad as you said, the reason why you would hypothetically be seeing few worse than you is because the worse people aren't well-known. And you're pretty well known, seeing how quickly the comments arrive after you submit.
