Story behind this is: I came home from school and got on the computer. Guess what awaited me. A bunch of Karkat's cause my Karkat shimeji decided to multiply while I was at school. This was my reaction to it. So I drew it in the form of Psionic. And yes. When he's freaking out his psionics sneak past him. That's what the blue lightning around his eye is. His psionics. The blue part of his psinoics anyways.
