Hello!!! Long time no tutorial! >w< I found little time and decided to put this together for you because I don't want my DA to die, while I'm working on other stuff.

I had promised I was going to make this! :'D And except my promise- one more thing made me do it. That people think of tablets as some...'magic wands' You have a tablet and you're awesome! -_-lll That's not true kids!!! What matters is SKILLS!!! And KNOWLEDGE! So what if I personally have and use a tablet?! I did this here with a mouse! So I know what I'm talking about. >:/
Of course tablets are just- GREAT! That's why I married mine...>.> but they don't do miracles. They just make your life easier and it's a little less time-consuming to draw. That is IF!!! you know how to use it and your program right.

Sorry for the little rant, but I'm a little tired of this.
People keep using mouses as an excuse for their lack of skills. 'Oh, I'm so innocent, I don't have a tablet, I use a mouse, that's why my art is crappy!' Ah, what a heart-breaking drama!!! XD
Stop lying people and get serious with your art!!! It's your own fault. If you really care- you're gonna make it. Even with a mouse. I've seen mouse users drawing so much better than me- that I have a tablet! ;w; Which I think is awesome and I really respect those people.

Errr....now what else I could say- I didn't spellcheck the text, so it probably has some typos, sorry about that! I hope you can understand though. I didn't have time to draw something specially for the tutorial, so I used this old chibi me, because it was already linearted and ready to use! :'D Yay! (Some might remember it from my latest 'sketch dump' XD )

Enough bla-bla! I should get going~ See you later!
