I am way pleased with the way this one came out. It's been a long time since I got to do a project for myself and I finally got one done that I can say I did for me.Tis a Metro-Cop, the first type of enemy you face on your journey through-out the game.

Total time: 6 hours 52 minutes
Edit: OMG!!! you guys think this is cel shaded? No this is not cel shaded... I drew this up with a pencil then inked it, scanned it and colored it in photoshop. But thank you. It means alot that it looks realistic enough to be cel shaded. That makes me very happy. No, this is a flat 2d drawing. Thank you all you made me very happy!!!

But I diggress. I think you don't understand what cel shading means. Cel shading means "hard shading" - which is opposed to soft shading. It has nothing to do with 3D art - though 3D art can be cel shaded (some japanese videogames make use of this feature).
Cel shading is what you see in (most remarkably) japanese animation, where the shaded area does not gradient into the light area - it's seperated by a "solid" line. So effectively, this is cel shaded.
As for the drawing itself, mask and belts are great, although the vest seems a little unrealistic. But the mask and gun pose (how you managed to pose his arms and hands like that I have no idea, it's so hard to do that).
