So, um yeah. Last minute because there is some seriously GOOD competition this month. Also I can't draw dragons or books form that angle, but eh, figured I'd try. it's supposed to look less like the pages getting torn and more like rays of light, but oh well. My rather late entry for the January 2012 lineart contest over at the

Theme was dragons and books. So I drew a dragon trapped in a book freeing itself, or something. When I told a firmed these two themes, he pictured a dragon in an overstuffed chair with spectacles and a pipe reading a novel, which I may draw later for the fun of it, but I can only do one entry for this contest, so I went with the one spawned from my own thoughts, haha. Um, feel free to use and color, just link back here and let me know if you use it so I can see it!
