This is PyramidHead from the Silent Hill games, he is my fav character from the games and he was awesome in the film (should have got more air time though) it's drew in Graphite pencil and took me a lil while to do (a few hours over 4 days) it is A3 size in person. as you all know i am in to my miniture details so that map on the wall behind him is an actual map from the game of the hospital in Silent Hill 2 that i have acurately copied.I dedicate this peice to *DrXtreme who is a hardcore Silent Hill fan and has helped me out alot around here like creating avitars, stamps and some damn funny and great conversations

it looks so real best thing Ive seen yet, his "skirt" could yous a little more work tho but all in all its fantastic and i love the detail and effort you put in to it.

the shading in the helmet and skin is just epic! i could never find myself spending this much time on a piece~

yeah, for my sweet 16 im doing the whole zombie birthday party deal, and my friends are dressing up as those nurses. lol.
that would look neat though, ive been trying to draw the guy in the bathroom stalls, but its hard as heack for me.

haha. thats cool. im trying to do different things too. trying new things as in working harder on my backgrounds rather than the characters in my pictures. it seems most of mine look too amateur and would look better if it had more to it.
oh yes. zombies. lol. ive even got these containers like in the movies return of the living dead. haha. cheesy i know.

not cheesey that is cool, i collect movie stuff too, i have a finctioning metal freddy kruger glove and a movie quality pig mask from saw, also collect all the movie figures too, that's great that you are trying new things in your art, it's the best way to evolve

Whoo! Freddy Kruger! XD. I still believe the first movie was the best movie. My mom says that my obsession with zombies, especially for a sweet 16 has her worried. Haha. I don't know how to talk to her about that one. Lol. And yes, well trying to evolve.

Haha. Okay. Secret safe with me. Are they really doing a remake of it? Gosh... remakes of everything, even The Final Destination. I swear. You can never remake and original and expect it to be better, though I must say Rob Zombie's film was pretty neat. Lol.

yup they are doing a remake, i think remakes are pretty good, i have liked alot of them, the originals will allways have a place in my heart but i like the newer looks also, the friday the 13th remake was fantastic, i think the final destination one is just ment to be another sequel though, they are just ment to be going back to what made the first one great, i have to say that rob zombies halloween is one of my least favorite remakes though, not too much of a fan of zombies films

True. I think Rob Zombie puts too much B movie porn into them. Lol. Just my opinion. I thought the characters were good for their parts in the Halloween Remake, but there were alot of things missing. I've never watch Friday the 13th all the way through. I know the story and I know people die, haha, of course. But I guess I'm more on the horror side, not so much the random killing sprees. I still like em though, lots of suspense. Maybe I'll watch the remake.
My mom's obsessed witht he old Halloweens and the Friday the 13ths, but she was iffy on the remake, so maybe I'll rent it. Haha.

yeah the remake halloween dose lack alot, i don't like how rob also hires his friends to do most of the parts when he could easily get better actors if he tried. i think Halloween (original) is one of the best horror films ever made, has a great balance between suspense and scares, Jason is my prefered killer though, and trust me see the Friday remake, it is totally worth it, it gives jason a whole new attitude and redefines him, it is one of my fav horrors i have ever seen and i've been watching them for a loooooooooooooog time

I think I've watched the originals, with Jamie Lee Curtis? I think, I'm not sure. I might be thinking of Friday the 13th. Sometimes I get my slasher flicks confused. It's funny those happen to be the two most popular, no one talks about SCREAM that much. Although it's one of the friggin most worn masks I've ever seen. Lol. I just got through watching Scream lastnight, I actually liked it, made me laugh cause the guys in the film are obsessed with horror films. I couldn't help but wonder if I was going to do that one day and just snap.

yeah JLC was in halloween, kevin bacon was in the original Friday the 13th and Johnny Depp was in a Nightmare on Elm Street, funny how they are all super famous now, i like scream also, i think the trilogy is one of the best horror franchises, it's a bad move that they are away to try and make a new scream trilogy now with just Courtney Cox Arquette and David Arquette. hope you enjoy friday the 13th, that's my fav killer

Friday the Thirteenth is a great movie! Oh my gosh, I'm not big on films like that, but that was just great. Lol. I guess I'm a late bloomer, especially considering I had no interest in the old movies, but I loved it.
Yes the SCREAM movies are great. They crack me up actually. Lol, it's hard to take the movie seriously sometimes. But are they really trying to make a new Scream? How is that possible? Why can't they quit with the remakes... there are few movies in this world that jsut need to be left alone... Lol.

Haha. Interesting is hardly the term. I just get mad at directors who think they've captured it to it's original state, but today's twist. And I'm just like WHAT? NO!? Where is this going? Lol. But some are alright I guess. Besides, I always say I'm not so much into remakes, but I still have to watch them just to see what they did to it that made it so much cooler than the first. Lol.
