Description --That's a chemical hazard symbol. It says "three of four toxicity/heath-hazard(blue), two of four flammability(red), two of four reactivity(yellow), strong acid(white)"

-They are standard on stock lab reagent bottles and safety sheets, as well as signs where chemicals are stores. Toxicity, flammability, and reactivity are rated on scales of 0-4, and the white square contains symbols noting any other important properties, in this case acid.

Thank you, ScarletJaguar!

they are standard on stock lab reagent bottles and safety sheets, as well as signs where chemicals are stores. Toxicity, flammability, and reactivity are rated on scales of 0-4, and the white square contains symbols noting any other important properties (e.g. radioactivity[radiation symbol], strong acid or base[ACID or ALK], reacts violently with water[struckthrogh W], or strong oxydizer[OXY]). You'll see these a lot in labs in college. No idea what chemical that's for though.

you're welcome. Wonder what toxic acid they're storing in downtown Anchorage?
