EDIT: Done~ And yes I am calling it Fairy Roots even though only one of you voted for it X3 I might change my mind later, but for now, this seems like the best title to let new readers know what my work is all about.

A third of these people are Will's relatives haha

... I need a title for this book asap. It's on my list, I'm going to think of a cover image too.

I'm on draft 7 at the moment, and it's not looking too shabby. I don't think it's that far off the final product, and since it follows the comic a bunch, I thought I'd do a set of chibis for it.

I have loads more to do, I mostly cheated with the top row so far... I might change some of the designs a little, not too sure.

I'll add more info later, it's just gone midnight....

Here is a list for myself (and to fill after)

Will Winters - Our protagonist~ IDK do I need to introduce Will at this point? Will is 20, and getting all the crazy out of his system before he settles down, also he is 1/16 fairy and has known this since he was very small. His mother used to tell him stories about Fairyland and how it was dangerous and full of monsters and this was no way to discourage a small boy. Will gets a job at the Dark Palace as court jester/fool after impressing the king, which was his goal. He's in Fairyland for a gap year. Most people come here to study magic Will, but okay.

Tyrian von Stollenheim - Fairy. King of the Dark Realm of Fairyland. He takes a shine to Will after a short test/interview and that's how we got here, all these years of webcomic later...

Aurelia - Cat yokai. Tyrian's ex-fool and best friend. She works as a bodyguard/guard at the palace. She's been in Fairyland since she was six, when she was separated from her parents while they were fleeing from humans. Tyrian's father, Connall, took her in.

Babs - Human. The head housekeeper at the palace. She came to Fairyland to study as a witch and never left. It was partly Tyrian's fault. Also she found a husband.

Louis - Fairy. Head guard at the palace, and one of Tyrian's friends. Is unreasonably interested in Will's love life.

Nell - Human. Studying witchcraft. Working at the palace to get extra money, etc. Not very friendly.

Marlina - Fairy. Will's host mother. Is a sweetheart.

Belle - Human. Assistant and witchcraft student at the Orchid Tea House and Apothecary. Apprenticed to Drusilla.

Drusilla - Fairy. Owner and mistress of the Orchid Tea House and Apothecary. Make sure you pay for your drinks and medicine, okay?

Miriam Winters - Will's mother. Originally from Harforth on Anima, she moved to Stratford-Upon-Avon, Earth to get away from magic beasties and things. She started out temping for various companies but is now a concierge for other Earth visitors and expats.

Cynthia Winters - Will's little sister. She's 11, and very enthusiastic about fairies and magical thingums, much like Will. She has a lot of different hobbies.

John Winters - Will's dad. He's an accountant, and pretty laid back. He's thrilled that the Otherworlds exist, but like Miriam, feels it's too dangerous for him to go travelling there, so he mostly stays out of that side of things.

Edith - Will's grandmother and Miriam's mother. Still lives in Harforth.

Ariadne - Fairy changeling, with a cloak of roses.
