You know, my first thought was Dark/Lady Raion's (Sp?) Angel's and Demons...I think that's the one where he's part demon with the leathery wings and she's pure angel.

You know, I feel bad for having never read that fic, though I do know of it. Squall is such a black wing kinda guy, so I'm not surprised that he'd have those---oh my, now I feel like I need to visit ffnet to read it because I'm intrigued! For this particular piece, I wanted to emphasize the contrast between Rinoa and Squall---and somehow the YinYang symbol just fits so perfectly between them. Their personalities from the beginning to the the middle and then the ending pretty much has blended black and white to gray, and they have become a little like one another---Of course, I know you know all that, but I wanted to capture that in the picture too. BUT seriously, I I just wanted another excuse to draw wings again! LOL. Hahaha! I'm so happy to know they look okay. They're becoming more and more fun to draw and paint. They used to freak me out, so now I challenge myself into drawing them almost everyday.
