Beautiful photo! I love the side view aspect, the composition and colour! It is possibly named cosmos - they come in all colours and are shaped like that.

THAT IS EXACTLY what it is! Thank you! I was going through the packets just trying to figure it out, and it was on the tip of my tongue for a few days here - you're correct on the flower because now I remember when I bought them, I did it because they came in kids packets, so the flower was smiling at me and the name reminded me of The Fairly Odd Parents
I digress.
