It's actually 2 nails. One IS through my lip, I have a lip piercing, so it didn't hurt at all. The other is resting on top if it to make it look longer than it was, for effect. So, the nail, it is real - but no pain.

Well, that's just part of special effects, really - I wanted the skin to follow the nail, so I pushed - it's actually 2 nails on top of each other. I guess I could have hurt myself if one slipped
