I Went through all of Anomaro's blogs and couldn't find of the models in this picture (not trying to bother you or anything) and its on the 3rd row of this picture and he's in the middle with the orange-ish brownish suit and sunglasses, is he not being downloaded anymore? or is it right in front of me and i just missed it? I just really wanna find that model XD Sorry but please reply back....but the links did help me find all the other awesome models Anomaro made!

It's no problem. You're lucky, though, because I'm usually not active on this account! xD
I'm pretty sure he's on this page blog-imgs-24-origin.fc2.com/a/… , and in the large pack of non-vocaloid models (the one that has all the models that are in the same row as him in this picture). He's not pictured in the download link as he's a later addition to the set. I hope this helps!

Well, I just re downloaded it and he wasn't included in the pack...but all the others were in there...I'm sorry if I'm bugging you but this one model out of all the other ones is the one im looking for (haha, i know, crazy) so im sorry if im being a bother but please respond

All of Anomaro's releases are on that page. He doesn't have any model releases elsewhere. >_<
