Since this picture is really old, they were a model (that came with motion data to make the petals scatter), and were downloaded years ago from an uploader that's no doubt shut down now, so I really have no idea where to get them now, sorry. Likely you can find an effect nowadays that'll do the same thing much easier.

oh, you know how you make sure that doesn't happen? just open the stage first, THEN open the rose petals. If you don't you can always go to 'background' then 'accessories edit' and bring the rose petals to the bottom of the list.

omg... i love this song! I remember it was played at the first skillet concert i ever went to... i fell in love with it. i'm working on an AMV for it and this just inspired me to possibly do an MMD animation to one of the best songs in the world. thank you!

I've been at it a couple months. I can do the posing fine, its the stages that screw it up. e.e Then me trying to use PMD editor without just changing colors. So I've still got a lot to work on.
