Oh wow.I just noticed that part of this tutorial had been cut off somehow. -headdesk-
The part on the Colour Picking should say:
"To choose shades and highlights, click on 'Edit Colors'
then 'Define Custom Colors'. Move the arrow a tiny bit lower. Use this colour to shade the first shade. Continue going darker and darker. (To build up shades)"
There. So sorry about that!

LOL! Thanks, but no way!! I can't draw very well yet in this medium. Pixel by pixel drawing gave me a whole new appreciation for what pixel artists do. I made a potted squiggle, YOU make cute stuff.
