Inspired by Gold and Gypsy's history:

Before Ivory was ever a thing, A few months prior to that job where Gold and her meet for the first time- Gypsy and Gold got close.
Or at least she thought so.
There had been a couple incidents where men from the club would follow Gypsy home (Her apartment is literally above the club), and she would call Gold to come take care of it. One night she calls him, stumbling over her words, and she begs Gold to get there. So of course he hauls ass over there, throws himself up the steps and practically kicks in her door. It's dark, his eyes have to take a moment to adjust to the darkness still, but has his pistol in hand, ready to shoot a creep if he has to, as he's calling out for gypsy.
Gypsy comes up from behind him and wraps her hands around his waist, to which he fwips around, arms up and ready to come crashing down on the assaulter, only to see that its Gypsy. And she's all sorts of hella drunk. She isn't a big drinker, or drinks enough to be drunk.
On top of being drunk, she's dressed in lingerie- sheer, lace-y. Gold literally doesn't even think about it, he's just kinda like " okay hi, where's the danger." And Gypsy pretty much tells him in slurred speech that there isn't any danger, just that SHE needed him as she was running her hands inside of his suit jacket and over his chest. AND IF YOU HAVE READ THE STORY AND KNOW THIS BOY, HE LITERALLY HAS NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON, WHY SHE'S DOING WHAT SHE'S DOING, BEING ALL SWEET WITH HIM Until she just blurts it out in her drunkenness that she has feelings for him, and she was tired of beating around the bush about it. (Hence the liquid courage)
Gold straight up rejects her and says that there isn't anything there, he doesn't get what it is she feels in any way, shape or form. Heartache takes hold and she yells and screams at him to leave, to which he does. about a week later her and Mythius get together. He was technically a booty call but he grew on her, and they established a relationship. But she still has feelings for Gold, despite being in a happy, healthy relationship with Mythius, she still finds herself wanting to be with Gold.

She knows what kind of messed up things he's done, that it will probably be a bad relationship, that he may never feel for her, but it doesn't matter to her. Though, she'll never act on her feelings again, she can't help but to entertain the thought of what "could be". With Ivory in the picture and how he is with her, Gypsy's jealousy starts to grow.
