I don't know what I'm looking at here - I know I'm supposed to look at what's behind the window, but I can't tell what it is. "Hate Piped Music?" WTF?

I think that the oblique angle on this picture really takes away from this. It would have gotten the point across a lot better if it was take straight-on.

The picture is a little fuzzy, and over-exposed on the right side.

I think that the black and white film works for you in this case. Had it been taken with color film, the gritty lunacy of this picture would have been lost.

I think the best ways to improve this photo would be fix the exposure and to rearange the composition/resolution so the sign can be more easially understood. However, a photographer once told me that good pictures always tell a story - but they don't resort to words to do it.
