i don't know who built this, but, this is one hell of a freaky thing!Related content

no idea. but it's in Ottawa near the Museum of Art or something or other. you have to cross the Rideau Canal to get to the museum if your coming from Ontario. and for some odd reason, this thing reminds me of one of those spider things from Pikmin.
