Some concept art for that comic I started way back, but have since lost interest in. I've not lost interest in the world but in making a comic, so I decided to create what horses in the warrior class would wear.

It's made out of leather and iron rings, and the basic design is simple. The headpiece and leg-guards are for protection purposes. The chest-piece is fit tightly and the four side rings are used for hooking to objects or possibly fallen comrades that a horse may need to pull. The tassels under the jaw show who's command a horse is under, while number/placement of tassels show rank. Warriors have their forelocks and manes shaved short of completely off while the tail is thinned then tightly braided. High ranking officials may re-grow their forelock, but the mane is usually left off.
