Yes,Starfall usually does have an incredably goofy closed-eye smile on.This is also just so i didn't have to draw eyes.
I mirrored the first eye i drew for the open eyes.

Appearance:Starfall is a teal pegasus pony with a blue mane that has gold streaks through it.Her eyes are pink and she's a little smaller then most other fillies.
Personality:Starfall can be incredibly goofy at times,or she can be completely normal.It's almost impossible to tell when she's normal or goofy though.Despite her small size,she can fly as good as a full-grown adult,and she'll make that known any way she can.She's fascinated by dragons.
She's loosly based off a Tara fakie fakie pony i have,with a diffrent cutie mark and the tinsel is replaced with gold streaks.
