This one damn near captured the entire journey... I'd say I'd keep trying, but truth be told, and contrary to what would be popularly surmised from these early submissions, I doubt I'll see fireworks again till the next fourth of July.Related content

It almost looks like War of the Worlds kinda stuff. Fireworks happen so fast, we miss some of the cool stuff. You captured the spike of the firework well.

Yes, it is a firework... I don't recall what the name of it was, so many were shot off that early evening... I took a lot of pictures of them going up and off and this was by far my favorite... It looks like a crazy long light saber style wiffle ball bat... or an exclemation point of FIRE!... but yeah... my brother set fire to it... and that's what it did just before it blew up.

This one shot straight up and then blew... however, I've got one called Erupting Light, that looks like it danced around a bit... either that or it was a sparkler in the hands of an easily amused relative... It most certainly wasn't a ghost... unless you believe in that sort of thing, and then I guess it was probably Elvis... Unless you don't believe he's dead... I guess it's up to you.

Cool with the fireworks. I sort of believe in ghost, I'm mainly spiritual and yes, I know Elvis is dead. LoL
