Personality: Xaoc is the Prince of Sliam, one of the 4 rulers of Tristitian, and the head member of the Monster Hunting Organization of Sliam(MHOS), Tristitia's military. Though his title is Prince, he is technically a king in responsibilities and power. Xaoc was stubborn, selfish, and spoiled as a kid, always abusing his title as Prince in the castle to get what he wants, and turning violent when they couldn't get it for him. As he grew up, he grew out of these tendencies as he was raised by an unnamed slave transferred from Johen, who acted as his mentor. Sort of like a butler figure, the man stayed around the castle to do as Xaoc pleased, like the other servants, but he also taught Xaoc how to fight, and showed him the power of Shockra and helped him practice in the use of it alongside his normal fighting. During the final "training session", seen in the short story Tyrant, his mentor decided to give him a final test, a test in his loyalty to Sliam. Xaoc pretty much failed.
After the terrible event, Xaoc grew bitter. As bitter as the coffee he was addicted to, as his new shockra power(telekinesis) acted up when sleeping, causing things to fly around, float, and generally break the laws of physics within the room he slept in. To keep his castle, and any random people outside of it, safe, he's refused to sleep for as long as possible. Xaoc is determined, with a one-track mind. He will not stop until he can't advance forward, or until what he wants done is done. Though calm most of the time, with a monotone voice and dull eyes, he is rather clusmy due to his frequent lack of sleep, as well as forgetful, with occasionally strange, erratic behavior. However, despite these difficulties, he seems to manage his heavy responsibilities.
Despite the coffee addiction, he seems to have a keen mind for ruling. He has taken on the Nightmares from the Death Regions frequently, as well as dealing with the political rivals in Homocity, Johen, and Tantibus with such force that he has effectively become the head honcho of Tristitia, gaining more and more power for the sake of beating his rivals. Protective and kind to the people of his own city, he wants to rid Tristitia of what he sees as evil, dishonest, uncaring, and demonic and supports truth and righteousness. In the end, however, he has made few too many mistakes in his recent ruling. Attacking cities from other countries for arbitrary reasons while leaving Sliam open for attack from the same city, Johen, and Homocity, as well as making deals with mysterious figures to gain power.

Picture/Description: Xaoc Lorde is a 4 foot tall, white wolf with rust brown eyes, long silvery hair flowing down his back, and a relatively short bushy tail. During normal occassions, he wears a dark shirt with gray pants and his normal white boots, but his military gear consists of the black uniform with two pockets on the lower-front of his shirt and a rather basic badge on the left side of his body saying "MHOS", along with his belt holding the blue MHOS-Standard Lightning Pistol and 6 flags representing his rank in the MHOS, and the mini-shields strapped to his arms for light armor. On his right hand is a symbol representing his ownership of his anthropomorphic dragon companion Deacon, which consists of 3 Ds inside of each other intersecting a triangle. He carries his Wingblades frequently, relatively large, Wing-shaped swords colored steel-blue.

Background/History: Born in 1989, his mother having died of mysterious causes, and his father taken out by an assassin, he was born into his life of royalty early to deal with the loss of heavy political ground. For 18 years he was merely a figure head as he was taught the ways of war, and ruling his little piece of Tristitia, as well as working with Tantibus and dealing with the Death Regions. The day before his coronation, the man who did the behind-the-curtains ruling for Xaoc was hidden away as Xaoc got his new training room, his best friend Deacon was forced to be his dragon and slave, as well as losing his mentor. The stress of taking on the kingdom as well as losing his father figure was great, but he pushed through so that he could finally regain the lost power from his parent's deaths. Eventually erasing one of his political rivals, Prince Thomas of Johen, from existence to make his job easier in the process. Recently, war has broke out between Sliam and Dellthrack, and an oncoming Shockra Storm is upon them as a mysterious man hunts the Numbered Slayers to revive the giant Nightmare Tantibus, whose corpse was used as a location to start a mining town, trade center, and eventually big city. How will Xaoc deal with this chaos now?

Powers/Abilities:
Wingblades: The Wingblades, a very simple name and concept, are swords shaped like wings that are used to glide. They may not appear like they could hold any living being's weight, or even look like they are truly capable of flight, but that's the MAAAGIC of it all... Generally, the Wingblades as a weapon are one-handed swords frequently dual-wielded. They are specialized in quick strikes and are usually flipped around or thrown during their use.
1. Quick Slash: For a single post, if Xaoc is close to an opponent, he begins rapidly swinging the blades left, right, and diagonally across his opponent. This can be given away by some head movements, though not always.
2. Wingblade Rush: With Flow, he accelerates with the blades at his side, ramming into opponents before dealing heavy damage with a Wingblade slash.
3. Boomerang: Using telekinesis after throwing the Wingblade, he can change the path of the Wingblade, aiming to hit opponents then come back.
4. Power Slash: Swings a large amount of shockra plasma off of the blade.
5. Flash Slash: Rushes to nearby opponents and swings his blade down on opponents.
Lightning Pistol: MHOS standard gun that uses Feignite crystals to power them. They take one post to charge before you can fire bolts of electricity at enemies.
1. Russian Roulette Chamber: 5x Energy(x being the number of guns); Though usually done with more, most MHOS members only have two guns. However, this attack is still usable despite the lack of guns Xaoc has. With his two guns and telekinesis, the guns charge up while orbiting the opponent, following them as they move around, before firing the next turn. As they are bolts of electricity, it takes a bit to dodge them, but they can easily be taken out and there are only two as opposed to the normal six. If taken out by a ranged attack aimed at one of the pistols, the damage pistol goes back to Xaoc to be repaired again in 2 posts while the other remains to fire. Both can be taken out in the same post, but it's rather difficult and it's easier to dodge one Lightning Pistol than it is to take out all Lightning Pistols used in this technique.
Deacon: Best friend since childhood, yes, he too counts as a weapon. He was forced to be Xaoc's slave by his kingdom, and to help cope with this fact, he made Deacon the highest ranked soldier in the Monster Hunting Organization of Sliam and his trusted adviser, which would normally be two separate positions themself. Deacon is a dragon with pure shockra, Feign, and antishockra abilities. He must do as Xaoc says, and with Xaoc's mark, he can enforce that control.
1. Shockra Laser: Deacon can fire a laser of Shockra plasma from his mouth, blasting opponents.
1A. Shockra Redirection: With the swords, or a large Feignite crystal, if Deacon fires at Xaoc, he can redirect it through him into opponents, and even use it to enhance his telekinetic Mental Bullets ability into a Mental Laser by transforming the Shockra Laser into mind waves, which he'd then use to make others pass out.
2. Antishockra Target: Deacon catches sight of the opponent, and rushes them down until he hits, usually through flight or minor teleportation.
2A. Deacon Targeting: Xaoc can redirect his own telekinetic attacks through Deacon.
3. Teleportation: Simple as it sounds, he can teleport.

II. Abilities:
1.Shockra Sense: With Shockra sense, he can see and feel the shockra in others, the amount they have in both stamina and power, whether it's normal or antishockra, and the element that their shockra is most represented by. In doing this, most shockra looks blue, and acts as an X-Ray vision, allowing him to see through most materials, excluding things like lead and the like.
2. Telekinesis(General Psychic ability): Simple as that, he can move things with his mind.
2A. Mind Reading: He can also read minds, though it's not as easy to do. He must focus on the mind reading for it to work, and it can be blocked.
2B. Mental Bullets: Looking at opponents, with shockra he can give people major headaches, confuse them, or in the most extreme cases(if they are weak to mental attacks), cause them to pass out.
2C. Burst: Xaoc takes control of the molecules of air within a 5 feet radius and blasts them at an opponent.
2C: Burn: With his psychic ability comes basic pyrokinesis, with the ability to vibrate
3. Flow: ; With a jump in energy consumption, Flow is a psychic ability separate from telekinesis, and powered directly from Shockra itself. Effectively, with a clear mind, while in motion the user can release a burst of shockra energy from the mind, surrounding them in a blue light as his speed increases by 30 miles per hour each post. As the name of the move suggests, Xaoc's attacks will flow much better in this form, and his jumping and running will feel like he is on the Moon. This move will last for as long as he has energy for it, or until he decides to deactivate it, meaning if he is moving at around 30 miles per hour(his average running speed) before activating Flow while at max energy, once the energy runs out, Xaoc will be running at around 630 miles per hour. This move can be interrupted by mind-based abilities, however.

III. Super States
Draconic Apex: Xaoc uses the power of the Feignite Crystals and his own stamina to merge with Deacon, gaining his powers along with becoming part dragon temporarily. All powers of White Oracion and Black Ace can be used in all elements represented by the 15 main Feignite Crystals, along with more advanced forms of the Shockra Laser, Antishockra Target, and Teleportation techniques that Deacon uses when applied to the elements. In this state, he is weak to all elements except those outside of the main 15 Feignite Crystals, but his stats increase tenfold. His telekinetic powers increase in strength, his shockra doesn't drain from attack usage, and Flow is always active. Overflow is an additional ability that can be turned on to negate the stat boosts and resistances for everything excluding speed, which goes from 630 miles per hour to Mach 1000, and an even further increased Antishockra Target move so that attacks always home onto opponents. Effectively, this is Xaoc's strongest point, fueled by the power of Feign itself. He cannot use his weapons in this state, and once he reverts back to normal state, he is completely drained of energy and cannot regain energy for another 5 posts.

Extra Information: Xaoc, as clumsy and twitchy as he is due to the coffee, is difficult to read, however you won't need to read him when you can take advantage of his clumsiness. He is elementally weak to emotion-based abilities and strong against them as well, and resistant to mind attacks.
Xaoc is originally a G3 character, created for a special RP event where the city of Sliam started a "war" by threatening to bomb the remains of a people's destroyed city. And oh, look at that, it's happening again, though in this case it's an actual war against a city that isn't half-destroyed. Xaoc was originally the son of my rendition of the character Vandheer Lorde, directly based on the Vandheer Lorde from the "Armed with Wings" flash game series. However, when I realized it was wrong to ripoff characters(seriously, what the fuck was I thinking), and also how OP my version of Vandheer was scrapped while Xaoc remained. The name actually came from a G2 character, who was basically a really stupid Q(Star Trek)/Discord(My Little Pony)/Gabriel(Supernatural)/Bill Cipher(Gravity Falls) character. Xaoc Lorde was planned to be a part of G4/G5 since G5's conception and the creation of the Tristitia map, but it took me a while to decide his actual role in the story.
