Close up of my old Fear Mythos OC Mister Oculus. I barely knew how to do textures at the time, so I'm surprised how well the mouth turned out. The top hat's pretty basic, just a cylinder on top of a cylinder.

He was meant to look like one of those 1970's kids TV show hosts, like in H.R. Puff'n'Stuff and stuff like that...so in other words, like something you'd see while on drugs.
