Pa’ad Ty and all it’s moons are named after Thai dishes, much like some of the characters. Basically it’s inhabited by refugees who fled the Irken Empire. The Resisty frequently go to Pa’ad Ty and it’s many also-inhabited moons to try and recruit, and to get supplies.
