Just an experiment in Bryce 5 using a LOT of glass. In fact, it's all glass with a little purple light mixed in. It was inspired by a beautiful piece of art by Visual Paradox. Took me forever and a day to render but it was well worth it. (*loves purple*)Related content

Heh thanks. Um...*blushes* this piece was done over 3 years ago and I've slept since then but... *thinks* As I recall I believe I created a cube, hollowed it out with a negative of smaller size placed inside and grouped, applied a glass material and then just placed glass pillars (elongated cylinders) inside. The actual bottom of the box is fairly close but because of the reflectivity of all glass it creates endless reflections back and forth over and over. Oh yes and placed a purple light inside. You know I'll bet I saved the Bryce source file...if you want more detail (or probably something I forgot I can go hunt it up, just let me know).
