I know this is different from anything else I've uploaded so far but I just took it this morning and personally I think it's rather cool...*clears throat*Anyway, I challenge anyone to tell me what it is...
It should be pretty easy to guess...?

looks somewhat like rapidly cooled lead or solder atop a butter knife, pattern resembles a splatter of solder cooled too fast by cold water, did it once but on a smaller scale.

the metal was heated then cooled and cracked. any luck im close?

Hmm...perhaps it's the path to awareness, followed by the ancient ones...
Of course the geologist in me thought it was a pic of some kind of rock at first, but it's not quite...well...uh, I don't know... *scratches head in puzzlement*
I'll be looking forward to the answer, but in the interim, I'll keep trying to figure it out!

the pattern kinda looks like bubbles when they're grouped together. but i dont know hwat made it... a carving tool or some sort of etching fluid would be my best guess.
