Banshees are evil spirits that feeds from tragedies of a place or person. At first, they appear as incorporeal woman, but when they strike, their appearance becomes engulfed in flaming ghostly vapours. Banshees are created from those who lead a tragic life that lead to a grudge on existence itself. They’re selfish and envious of those who lead their lives happily. Their presence is seen as an omen for somebody’s impending doom, and the wailing is a sign that it’s going to be immediate.

Banshees haunt places where dreadful disasters and dispair took place. A banshee’s haunting causes the area to become unnaturally more dark and causes the mood to become depressing. This ‘mood’ can shift from depressing to scarily violent when the banshee reveals its true colours and attacks.

Their signature attack is their ungodly wail. A banshee’s wailing can either be soft and tragic, announcing fear and the omen of future tragedy or a violent and ungodly wailing that severely harms and kills living creatures from a fear overload. Only the bravest and fearless can 100% resist the banshee’s wail.

Muting the banshee or temporarily deafening yourself when it wails is greatly recommended and more reliable than trying to gather up your courage and endure the attack. The banshee can still harm you with it’s withering touch but said attack is easily evaded.
