I don’t hate that woman, at least not now. After all, she was probably taught that we were all monsters that killed without thinking. It’s true. I killed her without a single thought running through my mind. My telekinetic arms sliced through her and her child so fast that I almost didn’t know it was me. Except that I did. I remember a red haze blurring my vision, and then it was over. I became aware to the sticky slime all over my body. I looked at my hands, and they were covered in the blood of the ones that I had slain. I stared a few seconds at the gore in shock. Then, I re-gathered my senses and headed home. What are mom and dad going to think? Of course, they were terrified. They said they would do their best to hide me, and they did. The next day, the scene was all over the television. They were asking for leads as to who had done it. Apparently, someone else had seen the carnage, but didn’t know it was me. Of course, the one thing they had to notice was the pink hair. For some reason, though, they thought they also saw someone else running away from the scene, but couldn’t describe them very well. Not too long after I saw that on the television, some police officers came knocking loudly at our door. My parents told me to hide, so I did, but I made sure I could see out as well. That was a big mistake. The officers said they were rounding up people suspected of being the murderers, and said that I was one of them. Of course, they were right, but my parents wouldn’t let them see me. I heard shouts, and then a gunshot, and a thud. My mother screamed. I rushed out of my hiding spot, and saw that my father had been shot, and my mother was crouched over his body. All of a sudden, I felt an inhuman rage sweep over me, and the next thing I knew, I was standing in the bloody wreckage of my house. I’d done it again.
