Have you read my 'tear drops" fic? No? Then go read it! Yes? Good cause I making this a different version of it. So many people added it to their fav so that means a lot of people liked it, but I couldn't help but wonder 'how can I make this more… epic?' No music this time and a lot more epicness. And this is what I came up with inspired but a video game.

Shadow's pov

Three years. Has it really only been three years. It feels like longer. Like an eternity. Prison Island. Do they really think they can keep me here? Even without my chaos powers, they won't hold me. How I long to see her again. How I long to see her smile. My Rose … I'll be home soon.

Normal pov

*BAM*

Shadow slid on a ground with blood dripping from his mouth. Blue macaw stood above him with his fist raised up. Shadow laid on the ground surrounded by other inmates. Shadow stood up and got into a fighting pose. The bird swung wide at Shadow, but Shadow ducked under and uppercuted the bird. He fell on the ground and spit out blood.

"You hit like a girl!" the macaw said wiping blood from him mouth.

"Hey! What's going on here," a GUN Soldier said as he came in.

"Hey big shot! I'm trying to teach this guy a lesson." The bird yelled.

"A lesson? I'll teach you a lesson!" the soldier then started to beat the bird with a stick.

Shadow reached in pocket and pulled out a makeshift knife out of a sharpened piece of metal and tape. He then snuck behind the soldier attacked. He covered the soldier's mouth and stabbed him in the side. The soldier died before he knew what hit him. Shadow walk up to the bird then held out his hand. The macaw grabbed it and Shadow pulled him up.

"Sorry if I roughed you up too much, Mike" Shadow said to his friend.

"Don't worry. We've been here longer then you. Our bodies are more durable then you think. Not as durable as the ultimate life form, but good enough," Mike said. He walked over the dead Soldier and grabbed the keys. "Every journey starts with a single step. This is step one!"

"SECURE THE KEYS!" the inmates yelled as they then ran to the elevator for the surface with Mike leading them.

Shadow grabbed his knife and followed. As he went by he took out whatever guards came his way. When he met up with Mike, he was with giant red bear. The bear was chocking two soldiers. One in each claw and then smashed their heads together.

"Shadow, meet Ivan the Russian bear." Mike said to his friend.

"Glad you're on our side" Shadow said.

Ivan nodded then left to help the others with Shadow and Mike following. When they made it to the elevator, Mike yelled "Step 2!"

"Ascend from darkness!" everyone yelled.

Mike used the keys to open the doors and got in with the other inmates. They all waited patiently until they reached to surface. There one guard was trying to hold off five inmates with his back to the elevator.

Ivan quickly snuck up behind the guard and shoved his claw in his back. With his massive strength the Russian bear lifted the dead man off the ground and tossed him to the wall. While the others ran for the door, Shadow went to the dead man and took his pistol and all his clips. Shadow then went rejoin the others. They were in front of a large iron double door.

While the inmates were trying to pry the doors open, Shadow went to Mike and asked, "Mike, you know this is insane, right?"

Mike turned to Shadow and Said, "Don't worry my friend. Me and you maybe the newest here, but these men have something we don't."

"And what's that?"

"Nothing to lose. Nothing is achieved without sacrifice. Even when the island was underattack, they left the inmates here to riot, but after a few years, they all learned. They don't want to return to the life that got them here, but before they want anything, they want their freedom back. You and I, on the other hand, have someone waiting for us, but always remember one thing."

"What?"

"We are all not so different. We are all proud people. But were betrayed, forgotten, and abandoned. Now we are all brothers."

The doors opened and GUN fired at inmates. Some like Shadow, Mike, and Ivan hid behind the sides of the doors to avoid fire, others weren't so lucky. Mike glanced around and saw a broken GUN mach. The machine was an old model from when Shadow attack Prison Island for Black Doom. It looked pretty old, had no artillery, and its lower half was destroyed.
"Over there!" he yelled as he went to the mach and got in. Shadow and Ivan followed and hopped on the sides.

Shadow quickly caught on to his friend's idea. "Does it still work?"

"Yes, but it has very little power and the keys are missing." Mike said.

Thinking quickly, Shadow stabbed his knife into the key ignition and twisted it. He then pumped what little chaos energy he had into the machine and waited until they heard the engine.

"Well, that worked."

"You drive, I'll cover" shadow said as he pulled out his gun.

Mike got the machine to walk using it's arms while shadow provided cover fire. They continued this until they reached a pair of giant steel gates. Mike prushed hard on the pettle and rammed the mach into the gates.

Right before the mach hit the gate, the three jumped off as the mach then hit the gate and exploded. Thanks to that, the gates were forced opened. The three and the surviving inmates cheered and ran though. Before Shadow ran with the group, he looked down and saw his knife. He grabbed the weapon and tucked it away. They ran into a biulding until they came to some stairs and iron door.

"Ivan brake open that armory. Shadow, with me. Everyone else stay with Ivan" Mike ordered as he and Shadow went up the stairs. They cept going until they came across a room with a computar. "Remenber those tanks we snuck up here."

"Yeah, you never told me what were they"

"There energy tanks."

"energy tanks?"

"The energy they sucked from you, they've been using to power their new machines. they store that energy in those tanks. I want you to absorb the energy back and use it on some of the suronding biuldings."

"Step 3 rain fire. And what are you gonna do?"

"I'm gonna use this to hack into the system to release the others"

"Step 4 release the horde. got it," Shadow ran up they remaining stairs until he came to the roof with ten tanks. Shadow smirked. "Time to get my energy back"

The tanks started to floated in the air as Shadow stared to feel the energy flow back into. Shadow knew he may not be at full power yet, but it was good enough for now. Shadow brought his hand up and aimed. Finally after a long time, Shadow used his powers. He Fired at every biulding and he was loving it. When he was done, he heard Mikes voice on the intercom.

"Friends! Bothers! The time has come to grasp our freedom! Gun shall not stop us! We will be free or die trying! NOW BE FREE!!!!!"

Shadow and Mike then went back down to Ivan, who got the armory opened. On the floor was a pile of guns. Everyone grabbed a gun. Mike grabbed a AK47, Shadow Grabbed a shotgun, and Ivan descided to stick with his clews.

"Okay we need to get to the main armory to get Shadow's weapon." Mike said.

"Whats that?" an inmate asked.

"You'll see when we get there."

Everyone started to run, gunning down any Soldier in their way. Suddenly they heard a roaring sound. They looked up and as the planes were starting to lift off. the macaw and hedgehog looked at each other and nodded. Shadow ran into nearby biulding and went up the stairs. On the roof was two GUN snipers. They quickly pulled out their guns, but Shadow was quicker as he shot both of them with his shotgun. Shadow then focused his energy and shot a chaos spear at the planes.

"Step 5 skewer the winged beast" Shadow smiled. One of the planes crashed into the biulding of the main armory. "Well that convinont."

Shadow regrouped with the others and they then ran into the hole with Shadow in the
leading. they stopped when the came upon three GUN soldiers with rocket launchers. thinking quickly Shadow threw his shotgun into one of the rocket launchers and shot in with his pistol. The shotgun explode and caused the rocket launchers to explode too in front of the soldiers. The clip fell out and Shadow replaced it with his last. Shadow knew he would need those last shots for later so he grabbed one of the machine guns that fell from the dead GUN soldiers.

They then made their way to the main armory. When they got to the last corner, they a soldier in a small control room. He pressed something, then a steel gate started to come down. Shadow pulled out his handgun and shot all of his bullets one the soldier, but the glass infront of him stopped all of them. Ivan ran ahead and used his strength to keep it open, the the soldiers on the other side wouldn't have it. They shot at Ivan and got him in the leg, causing him to fell on one knee.

Shadow got down and slid under the now lower gate. Shadow pulled out his knife and threw it at the soldier in the control room. Shadow's bullet may haven't hit the soldier, but they creaked the glass, which broke under the force of his knife. The knife went through and struck the soldier hit the head. the soldier fell on the butten and gate came up. The inmates came in and sterted to shot the soldiers. After Shadow retrived his knife, he and Mike when to check of Ivan.

"You alright?" Shadow asked.

"Ah. You no need worry my friend. I am strong" Ivan replied

"good to know" Mike said. They then went up some stairs and saw a large double iron doors. Mike examined it quickly and looked around. On the side of the room was a blowtouch. He ran, got it and got to work on the door. "Shadow, Ivan, everyone. cover me!"
Shadow and the others formed a half cyrcle around Mike. Wave after wave of soldiers came at them until *click click* everyone started to run out of amuo. 'Guys I'm out' started to come from everyone.

"Mike hows that door coming along?" Shadow asked

"just a little more," the blue macaw replide. So they were getting surrounded by GUN. "got it! Shadow come here!"

The ultimate lifeform did as told, but as he did, Mike quickly grabbed Shadow pushed him in the armory. MIke closed the door and shutting him in. Shadow started to bang on the doors and yelled, "Mike! What are you doing?! Mike!"

Shadow turned around and smiled.

On the other side, everyone had their hands in the air and their guns on the ground. In front of them was a wall of GUN soldiers all aimed at them. None of the inmates dare to move for fear of getting shot until Mike heard a click sound.
He smiled and and shouted, "Step 6!"

All the inmates dropped on the stomachs and then a storm of bullets flew through the doors. Each one hitting the GUN soldiers. When all the soldiers were dead, the doors opened to revealed Shadow. Shadow now wear two granade belts across his chest, a handgun in both side pockets, and minigun in his hands. What everyone notice mostly was the two chaos emereld floating around Shadow.

"Wield a fist of iron," Shadow said. He put the minigun down, grabbed something from the ground, and started to do something.

"It's time for step 7, Shadow," Mike said.

Shadow stood up with the minigun back in his hands and a red headband tied on his head. "Step 7 raise hell"

Just as Shadow was leaving, Mike saw a tag with the name of the minigun's name on it. "Death Machine. How fitting. Okay Everyone! You heard him! Its time to raise as much hell as we can!"

Back with Shadow, he was loving his new minigun. The soldier, Machs suits, Droins, and not even the heavy weapons like big foot could stop him. Shadow just kepted firing at what he deemed as an enemy while laughing. He knew nothing could stop them. Soon he and everyone would have their freedom.

Soon GUN had no choise but to surrender. They gathered the surviving GUN soldiers and put them on a boat off the island. When they were gone, Shadow stood on top of a pile of ruble and shouted, "Step 8!"

"Conque the Island!" everyone shouted, but as so as the shouted that, they heard a roaring sound. They looked up and saw a plane flew by and dropped something. It was the Diablon. Only this time it was complete. It looked like it did before, but looked like it was combined with the bigfoot.

"I always knew you try something like this, Shadow," a voice said from the Diablon.

"well well well. if its isn't the GUN commander." Shadow said. "Stay back everyone. This ones personal."

"Shadow. It looks like I'll have to finish what we started with the complete Diablon!"

"You think that upgraded tin can can beat me. It'll go down just like before."

"This time is different. This time the diablo is complete and is powered by your energy."

"We'll see. Its time for step 9: defy our god"

Shadow quickly pulled out his minigun and started to fire at the Diablon, but it's energy shield protected it. When he stopped, the commander just laughed and said, "You think you can wear out the shield like before, but thanks to your chaos energy, it wont go down anytime soon."

"Then lets see how much it can take" Shadow then unloaded all of his bullets in his Death Machine. When he was done, he dropped the minigun and threw all of his frag granades at the huge robot. in the end it did nothing.

"My turn" the mech. faced both palms at Shadow and fire a particle beam at the ultimate life form.

Shadow quickly dodge and tried to use a homming attack. He charged at Diablon, but was just bounced off by its shield. Shadow straightened out and tried again. This time instead of bounceing off the shield, he was hit by the Diablon's head beam. As Shadow fell, the Diablon launched missiles at Shadow.

Shadow recovered and slipped through the missiles. Once he evaded all of them, he felt himself in the crushing grip of the Diablon's right hand. The commander then shoved Shadow into the ground. Even if Shadow did have a nearly impenetrable body, that did mean he couldn't feel pain.

Shadow grunted as he got back up, but as he did, he meet a particle beam waiting for him. Shadow quickly rolled to the side, but was caught in the shockwave. The commander laughed and said, "it almost too easy eh Shadow."

Shadow got up and said, "Its not over yet."

"But it will be. Its time for my antimater cannon!"

Shadow's eyes widened. He remembered last time the commander used that. Shadow knew he could easily dodged it and strike back, but he also knew his inmate friends would get caught in the bast and not survive. He could protect them behind a shield of chaos energy, but it would cost him a lot of energy.

Shadow chose his friends

Shadow quickly made a wall of energy infront of him and his friends. When the blast hit the wall, it was tough to block all of that energy, but he did it. Shadow fell on one knee and panted. The commander launched a missile at Shadow. When the missile was close to his face Shadow leaned back and kicked the missile.

The missile went in the air, then fell on the Diablon's left shoulder and blow up this arm. Shadow's eyes widened at what he saw. The missile went through the shield and it the mech. 'it may have a full body barrier, but its weapons are designed to pass through it to hit target and keep its defence. So all I have to do is use its own attacks against it,' Shadow thought

The Diablon raised its remaining arm and fired a palm blast at Shadow. Shadow quickly dougded and moved in. Shadow went staight for the diablon and used his homming attack at the robot's head. Shadow bounced off the berrier and was right in front of its face. Shadow grabbed his flash bang and threw them all. The light from them blindded the commander.

"Blast you, you devil!" He yelled as the Diablon started to fire its palm blast randomly.
One of the beams headed towards Shadow. 'Its my energy so this should work. If not this
sure is gonna suck.' Shadow thought.

Shadow used his last remaining energy and funneled them to his hands. Just as the beam came infront of him, Shadow guided the energy around him and back to the commander. The beam past through the berrier and hit it, but only its other arm. With both arms gone along with the berrier generaters that were attached to the shoulders, the berrier disappeared. Shadow layed on the ground tired .

"Both arms are gone and the antimatter cannon offline, but I still have power and some of my weapons are still working," the commander said as he looked over is mechine. "You may have damaged me Shadow, but its not over!"

This are looking pretty bad. Shadow was out of energy. He used most of it to protect everyone. Even if he did, he knew the chaos spears wont work against its armor and all he had left were two handguns. He could use the emerelds to recharge, but at would take some time.

In the crowd of inmates, Mike being really smart, was trying to think of a way to help his friend. 'There got to be something we could do. The only thing we have that can pirce its armor is Shadow and he's out of energy. The emerelds would help, but only Shadow know how to properly use them... Unless'

"This is it Shadow! Goodbye!" the commander yelled as he was perparing to fire his remaining missiles at Shadow. Just as he was about to fire two missiles hit the launcher and blow them up. They turned to see the inmates firing their guns at the robot. "Little pest!"

While the Diablon started to defend itself, Shadow heard his name being called. He turned to see mike. "Shadow! Hurry up and recharge." Shadow didn't know what Mike was up to, but did as told. When he got back enough energy to atleast stand, he did. "Good! Now get your guns and fire a chaos shot!"

"A what!" Shadow yelled as he didnt have an ability called that.

"Think of it like a 'rail gun'. Rail guns use magnet energy to fire bullets a supersonic speeds with a lot of destructive power . Do the same with chaos energy."

Shadow smiles at the idea. He transfered his energy into his guns, crossed his arm, and pointed the guns at the Diablon. "This is gonna be good."

"Looks like we got a winner," Mike smirked.

"Jackpot!," Shadow yelled as he fired. Two bullets powered by chaos energy flew from his guns. The bullets spun around eachother and combined.

The commander turned just in time to see to bullet comming at him. He quickly ejected before they hit. The bullets hit the robot in the center of its chest nad came out the other end.

"You may have defeated me, but the Diablon will explode. There's still enough energy to wipe you all of you out. Face it, Shadow! You still lose!" The commander yell as he flew a way.

Shadow knew the man wasn't bluffing and he also knew he had to protect his friends. Thinking quickly, Shadow ran at the downed robot and grabbed it. He then activated his light shoes and flew up with the robot. Shadow kept going until he was above the clouds.
Shadow let go of the Diablon and started to fall. As he fell, he saw the robot blow.
Shadow continued to fall until he hit the ground and created a massive crater. Luckily he used the last of his energy to make a cushing of energy before he hit the ground.
Shadow layed on his back staring at the sky and saw something he nor anyone expected.

Snow.

It was snowing. It never snowed on Prison Island. Shadow smiled. The only times when he ever enjoyed the snow was with Amy. Mike walked right next to Shadow and said, "step 10."

"Freedom," Shadow said as he then closed his eyes and rest.

Shadow opened his eyes to find himself in a white room. He looked around and saw Mike and
Ivan staring down at him. "Where am I?" he asked.

"In the infirmary. We lucky we had some doctors locked up here." Mike answered.

"How long have i been out?"

"Two days, my friend," Ivan answered.

"The president?"

"Hasnt said anything yet, but i think GUN is pressuring him into putting up a warren for you."

"So what now?"

"Come and we show you."

Shadow got out of bed and followed and bear and bird. They led Shadow outside where he was in the center biulding and saw something he didnt expect. Everyone was still on the island and was rebiulding everything. One of them saw Shadow and pionted at him. The others started to see him, stop what they were doing and made a large crowd in front of Shadow.

"Whats going on?" Shadow asked confused.

"Shadow you once part the leader of team dark, part of the freedom fighter, and of GUN, right?" Mike asked back.

"yeah, so?"

"everyone here want to make up for what they've done so we thought of becoming like our own freedom fighter group with this island as our base of operation. With you as our leader."

"WHAT!" Shadow saw more then shock by this. He had been the leader of many things, but
this was new. "why me?"

"I'm smart, i know that. i could maybe give that Eggman a run for his money. Ivan is strong. He could turn mountains to dust. But neither of us can be a leader. You have experence as a leader. You were the key to everyone's freedom. If you hadn't come, we'd all still be in cages. Our plan wouldn't have work if not for you. Everyone here voted you would be our leader and I think no one here can do a beter job."

Shadow look at everyone and saw the determination in all their eyes. He closed his eyes and said, "We're not gonna be like a freedom fighter group."

That shock everyone until...

"We're gonna be a better one!"

Everyone started to cheer. A fox and dog walked up to Shadow, mike, and Ivan. the fox had a large chest while the dog had a large rolled up flag in their hands. They stop in front of them and waited.

"Well then we're gonna need a crest and name and here they are!" Mike said as the two opened\unrolled their item.

Shadow look at them both and smirked. "This is gonna be fun.

8 mouths later

So much has happened since Shadow was takened. Amy became a wreck when her fiancé left to protect her. She believe it was her fault Shadow was takened. That she wasn't strong enough. Sonic and the others tried to comfort her, but it was doing little good. Little by little she got better, but she still missed her Shadow. When they hear Shadow took over Prison Island, they knew GUN would come after Amy again to try to make Shadow submit to them. luckily Sonic and friends put an end to that.

Sonic and the other freedom fighters try to get to shadow on the island, but they weren't the only one. GUN also tried to get back to the Island, but it was a barrier protecting the whole island. For some reason the barrier wouldn't go down even for them. They knew he was planning something, but did know what

Now at Eggman's base, Sonic, Tails, knuckles and Amy were in separate tubes. Eggman was laughing at his victory. There was a giant cannon pointing at them with the remote in Eggman's hands.

"Hohohoho! New with my weapon complete and you all captured, theres no one to stop me!"
Eggman laughted. "So my blue friend, anything you'd like to add?"

"You not getting away with this!"

"We'll see"

Eggman was about to hit the button until...

*CRASH*

Breaking through the wall, a red figure on a motorcycle launched himself at the cannon and sliced it in half with a large sword in his hand. When the figure got to the ground, the cannon exploded. Everyone was shocked at who the figure was, but none more the Amy.

"Shadow ?" Amy said shocked.

After years of waiting for him, here he was in front of her. He had a black leater shirt with red-colored apparel, in the form of a long, two tailed coat and fingerless gloves. The coat seems to be fairly plain with an upturned collar and short sleeves with black cuffs, though the coat lacks coattails. Black leather pants with some red around the croach area and red boots. He had two custom made handgun, one black and one white, strapped to the back of his waist. In his hand was a giant doube sided sword with a skeleton like design.

(AN if you have trouble picturing it, think of Shadow with dante's clothes and weapons from Devil May Cry 4)

Shadow strapped the sword to his back and got off his bike. He pulled out both his guns and started to fire. He was pulling the trigger so fast, it sounded like a mechine gun. He shot at the tubes that held his friends with such accuracy and precision, he was able to shot without harming them.
Once they were all free, Shadow pointed his guns at Eggman and said, "Alright, Eggman surrender"

Eggman quickly reached and pressed a button. The alarm went off and the room was flooded with robots and surrounded them. He laughed and said, "you and what army, Shadow?"

"My army." Shadow replied. He then pressed the hidden communicater in his ear. "Shadow to Black Hurricane, NOW!"

Suddenly the entire building started to shake. Then a giant lazer blasted through the room. Everyone looked out the now created hole to see a large ship. It looked exactly like the Blue Typhone, but with different colors and two other changes.
All of the blue was now red and all the white was black. There was no palm trees and at the highest point there was a red flag. On the flag was a white skull with the right in a spiral instead of a eye hole and capital S above the on the eye hole on the right. On the top of the skull was a black upside down star. Under the skull was black smoke and behind the skull was two swords crossed.

(AN think of the d grayman skull when Allen got his eye back exept instead of a D its an S)

Two spears flew from the ship, entered through the hole, and struck the ground. Two figure then started slide on top of the cables. When they came close, everyone was them. Its was Mike the macaw and Ivan the bear.

"Orders captain?" Mike asked.

Shadow smiled and yelled, "Snow Pirates! Attack!"

They don't want to return to the life that got them here, but before they want anything, they want their freedom back. "What?"

"We are all not so different. We are all proud people. But were betrayed, forgotten, and abandoned. Now we are all brothers."

The doors opened and GUN fired at inmates. Some like Shadow, Mike, and Ivan hid behind the sides of the doors to avoid fire, others weren't so lucky. Mike glanced around and saw a broken GUN mach. The machine was an old model from when Shadow attack Prison Island for Black Doom. It looked pretty old, had no artillery, and its lower half was destroyed.
"Over there!" he yelled as he went to the mach and got in. Shadow and Ivan followed and hopped on the sides.

Shadow quickly caught on to his friend's idea. "Does it still work?"

"Yes, but it has very little power and the keys are missing." Mike said.

Thinking quickly, Shadow stabbed his knife into the key ignition and twisted it. He then pumped what little chaos energy he had into the machine and waited until they heard the engine.

"Well, that worked."

"You drive, I'll cover" shadow said as he pulled out his gun.

Mike got the machine to walk using it's arms while shadow provided cover fire. They continued this until they reached a pair of giant steel gates. Mike prushed hard on the pettle and rammed the mach into the gates.

Right before the mach hit the gate, the three jumped off as the mach then hit the gate and exploded. Thanks to that, the gates were forced opened. The three and the surviving inmates cheered and ran though. Before Shadow ran with the group, he looked down and saw his knife. He grabbed the weapon and tucked it away. They ran into a biulding until they came to some stairs and iron door.

"Ivan brake open that armory. Shadow, with me. Everyone else stay with Ivan" Mike ordered as he and Shadow went up the stairs. They cept going until they came across a room with a computar. "Remenber those tanks we snuck up here."

"Yeah, you never told me what were they"

"There energy tanks."

"energy tanks?"

"The energy they sucked from you, they've been using to power their new machines. they store that energy in those tanks. I want you to absorb the energy back and use it on some of the suronding biuldings."

"Step 3 rain fire. And what are you gonna do?"

"I'm gonna use this to hack into the system to release the others"

"Step 4 release the horde. got it," Shadow ran up they remaining stairs until he came to the roof with ten tanks. Shadow smirked. "Time to get my energy back"

The tanks started to floated in the air as Shadow stared to feel the energy flow back into. Shadow knew he may not be at full power yet, but it was good enough for now. Shadow brought his hand up and aimed. Finally after a long time, Shadow used his powers. He Fired at every biulding and he was loving it. When he was done, he heard Mikes voice on the intercom.

"Friends! Bothers! The time has come to grasp our freedom! Gun shall not stop us! We will be free or die trying! NOW BE FREE!!!!!"

Shadow and Mike then went back down to Ivan, who got the armory opened. On the floor was a pile of guns. Everyone grabbed a gun. Mike grabbed a AK47, Shadow Grabbed a shotgun, and Ivan descided to stick with his clews.

"Okay we need to get to the main armory to get Shadow's weapon." Mike said.

"Whats that?" an inmate asked.

"You'll see when we get there."

Everyone started to run, gunning down any Soldier in their way. Suddenly they heard a roaring sound. They looked up and as the planes were starting to lift off. the macaw and hedgehog looked at each other and nodded. Shadow ran into nearby biulding and went up the stairs. On the roof was two GUN snipers. They quickly pulled out their guns, but Shadow was quicker as he shot both of them with his shotgun. Shadow then focused his energy and shot a chaos spear at the planes.

"Step 5 skewer the winged beast" Shadow smiled. One of the planes crashed into the biulding of the main armory. "Well that convinont."

Shadow regrouped with the others and they then ran into the hole with Shadow in the
leading. they stopped when the came upon three GUN soldiers with rocket launchers. thinking quickly Shadow threw his shotgun into one of the rocket launchers and shot in with his pistol. The shotgun explode and caused the rocket launchers to explode too in front of the soldiers. The clip fell out and Shadow replaced it with his last. Shadow knew he would need those last shots for later so he grabbed one of the machine guns that fell from the dead GUN soldiers.

They then made their way to the main armory. When they got to the last corner, they a soldier in a small control room. He pressed something, then a steel gate started to come down. Shadow pulled out his handgun and shot all of his bullets one the soldier, but the glass infront of him stopped all of them. Ivan ran ahead and used his strength to keep it open, the the soldiers on the other side wouldn't have it. They shot at Ivan and got him in the leg, causing him to fell on one knee.

Shadow got down and slid under the now lower gate. Shadow pulled out his knife and threw it at the soldier in the control room. Shadow's bullet may haven't hit the soldier, but they creaked the glass, which broke under the force of his knife. The knife went through and struck the soldier hit the head. the soldier fell on the butten and gate came up. The inmates came in and sterted to shot the soldiers. After Shadow retrived his knife, he and Mike when to check of Ivan.

"You alright?" Shadow asked.

"Ah. You no need worry my friend. I am strong" Ivan replied

"good to know" Mike said. They then went up some stairs and saw a large double iron doors. Mike examined it quickly and looked around. On the side of the room was a blowtouch. He ran, got it and got to work on the door. "Shadow, Ivan, everyone. cover me!"
Shadow and the others formed a half cyrcle around Mike. Wave after wave of soldiers came at them until *click click* everyone started to run out of amuo. 'Guys I'm out' started to come from everyone.

"Mike hows that door coming along?" Shadow asked

"just a little more," the blue macaw replide. So they were getting surrounded by GUN. "got it! Shadow come here!"

The ultimate lifeform did as told, but as he did, Mike quickly grabbed Shadow pushed him in the armory. MIke closed the door and shutting him in. Shadow started to bang on the doors and yelled, "Mike! What are you doing?! Mike!"

Shadow turned around and smiled.

On the other side, everyone had their hands in the air and their guns on the ground. In front of them was a wall of GUN soldiers all aimed at them. None of the inmates dare to move for fear of getting shot until Mike heard a click sound.
He smiled and and shouted, "Step 6!"

All the inmates dropped on the stomachs and then a storm of bullets flew through the doors. Each one hitting the GUN soldiers. When all the soldiers were dead, the doors opened to revealed Shadow. Shadow now wear two granade belts across his chest, a handgun in both side pockets, and minigun in his hands. What everyone notice mostly was the two chaos emereld floating around Shadow.

"Wield a fist of iron," Shadow said. He put the minigun down, grabbed something from the ground, and started to do something.

"It's time for step 7, Shadow," Mike said.

Shadow stood up with the minigun back in his hands and a red headband tied on his head. "Step 7 raise hell"

Just as Shadow was leaving, Mike saw a tag with the name of the minigun's name on it. "Death Machine. How fitting. Okay Everyone! You heard him! Its time to raise as much hell as we can!"

Back with Shadow, he was loving his new minigun. The soldier, Machs suits, Droins, and not even the heavy weapons like big foot could stop him. Shadow just kepted firing at what he deemed as an enemy while laughing. He knew nothing could stop them. Soon he and everyone would have their freedom.

Soon GUN had no choise but to surrender. They gathered the surviving GUN soldiers and put them on a boat off the island. When they were gone, Shadow stood on top of a pile of ruble and shouted, "Step 8!"

"Conque the Island!" everyone shouted, but as so as the shouted that, they heard a roaring sound. They looked up and saw a plane flew by and dropped something. It was the Diablon. Only this time it was complete. It looked like it did before, but looked like it was combined with the bigfoot.

"I always knew you try something like this, Shadow," a voice said from the Diablon.

"well well well. if its isn't the GUN commander." Shadow said. "Stay back everyone. This ones personal."

"Shadow. It looks like I'll have to finish what we started with the complete Diablon!"

"You think that upgraded tin can can beat me. It'll go down just like before."

"This time is different. This time the diablo is complete and is powered by your energy."

"We'll see. Its time for step 9: defy our god"

Shadow quickly pulled out his minigun and started to fire at the Diablon, but it's energy shield protected it. When he stopped, the commander just laughed and said, "You think you can wear out the shield like before, but thanks to your chaos energy, it wont go down anytime soon."

"Then lets see how much it can take" Shadow then unloaded all of his bullets in his Death Machine. When he was done, he dropped the minigun and threw all of his frag granades at the huge robot. in the end it did nothing.

"My turn" the mech. faced both palms at Shadow and fire a particle beam at the ultimate life form.

Shadow quickly dodge and tried to use a homming attack. He charged at Diablon, but was just bounced off by its shield. Shadow straightened out and tried again. This time instead of bounceing off the shield, he was hit by the Diablon's head beam. As Shadow fell, the Diablon launched missiles at Shadow.

Shadow recovered and slipped through the missiles. Once he evaded all of them, he felt himself in the crushing grip of the Diablon's right hand. The commander then shoved Shadow into the ground. Even if Shadow did have a nearly impenetrable body, that did mean he couldn't feel pain.

Shadow grunted as he got back up, but as he did, he meet a particle beam waiting for him. Shadow quickly rolled to the side, but was caught in the shockwave. The commander laughed and said, "it almost too easy eh Shadow."

Shadow got up and said, "Its not over yet."

"But it will be. Its time for my antimater cannon!"

Shadow's eyes widened. He remembered last time the commander used that. Shadow knew he could easily dodged it and strike back, but he also knew his inmate friends would get caught in the bast and not survive. He could protect them behind a shield of chaos energy, but it would cost him a lot of energy.

Shadow chose his friends

Shadow quickly made a wall of energy infront of him and his friends. When the blast hit the wall, it was tough to block all of that energy, but he did it. Shadow fell on one knee and panted. The commander launched a missile at Shadow. When the missile was close to his face Shadow leaned back and kicked the missile.

The missile went in the air, then fell on the Diablon's left shoulder and blow up this arm. Shadow's eyes widened at what he saw. The missile went through the shield and it the mech. 'it may have a full body barrier, but its weapons are designed to pass through it to hit target and keep its defence. So all I have to do is use its own attacks against it,' Shadow thought

The Diablon raised its remaining arm and fired a palm blast at Shadow. Shadow quickly dougded and moved in. Shadow went staight for the diablon and used his homming attack at the robot's head. Shadow bounced off the berrier and was right in front of its face. Shadow grabbed his flash bang and threw them all. The light from them blindded the commander.

"Blast you, you devil!" He yelled as the Diablon started to fire its palm blast randomly.
One of the beams headed towards Shadow. 'Its my energy so this should work. If not this
sure is gonna suck.' Shadow thought.

Shadow used his last remaining energy and funneled them to his hands. Just as the beam came infront of him, Shadow guided the energy around him and back to the commander. The beam past through the berrier and hit it, but only its other arm. With both arms gone along with the berrier generaters that were attached to the shoulders, the berrier disappeared. Shadow layed on the ground tired .

"Both arms are gone and the antimatter cannon offline, but I still have power and some of my weapons are still working," the commander said as he looked over is mechine. "You may have damaged me Shadow, but its not over!"

This are looking pretty bad. Shadow was out of energy. He used most of it to protect everyone. Even if he did, he knew the chaos spears wont work against its armor and all he had left were two handguns. He could use the emerelds to recharge, but at would take some time.

In the crowd of inmates, Mike being really smart, was trying to think of a way to help his friend. 'There got to be something we could do. The only thing we have that can pirce its armor is Shadow and he's out of energy. The emerelds would help, but only Shadow know how to properly use them... Unless'

"This is it Shadow! Goodbye!" the commander yelled as he was perparing to fire his remaining missiles at Shadow. Just as he was about to fire two missiles hit the launcher and blow them up. They turned to see the inmates firing their guns at the robot. "Little pest!"

While the Diablon started to defend itself, Shadow heard his name being called. He turned to see mike. "Shadow! Hurry up and recharge." Shadow didn't know what Mike was up to, but did as told. When he got back enough energy to atleast stand, he did. "Good! Now get your guns and fire a chaos shot!"

"A what!" Shadow yelled as he didnt have an ability called that.

"Think of it like a 'rail gun'. Rail guns use magnet energy to fire bullets a supersonic speeds with a lot of destructive power . Do the same with chaos energy."

Shadow smiles at the idea. He transfered his energy into his guns, crossed his arm, and pointed the guns at the Diablon. "This is gonna be good."

"Looks like we got a winner," Mike smirked.

"Jackpot!," Shadow yelled as he fired. Two bullets powered by chaos energy flew from his guns. The bullets spun around eachother and combined.

The commander turned just in time to see to bullet comming at him. He quickly ejected before they hit. The bullets hit the robot in the center of its chest nad came out the other end.

"You may have defeated me, but the Diablon will explode. There's still enough energy to wipe you all of you out. Face it, Shadow! You still lose!" The commander yell as he flew a way.

Shadow knew the man wasn't bluffing and he also knew he had to protect his friends. Thinking quickly, Shadow ran at the downed robot and grabbed it. He then activated his light shoes and flew up with the robot. Shadow kept going until he was above the clouds.
Shadow let go of the Diablon and started to fall. As he fell, he saw the robot blow.
Shadow continued to fall until he hit the ground and created a massive crater. Luckily he used the last of his energy to make a cushing of energy before he hit the ground.
Shadow layed on his back staring at the sky and saw something he nor anyone expected.

Snow.

It was snowing. It never snowed on Prison Island. Shadow smiled. The only times when he ever enjoyed the snow was with Amy. Mike walked right next to Shadow and said, "step 10."

"Freedom," Shadow said as he then closed his eyes and rest.

Shadow opened his eyes to find himself in a white room. He looked around and saw Mike and
Ivan staring down at him. "Where am I?" he asked.

"In the infirmary. We lucky we had some doctors locked up here." Mike answered.

"How long have i been out?"

"Two days, my friend," Ivan answered.

"The president?"

"Hasnt said anything yet, but i think GUN is pressuring him into putting up a warren for you."

"So what now?"

"Come and we show you."

Shadow got out of bed and followed and bear and bird. They led Shadow outside where he was in the center biulding and saw something he didnt expect. Everyone was still on the island and was rebiulding everything. One of them saw Shadow and pionted at him. The others started to see him, stop what they were doing and made a large crowd in front of Shadow.

"Whats going on?" Shadow asked confused.

"Shadow you once part the leader of team dark, part of the freedom fighter, and of GUN, right?" Mike asked back.

"yeah, so?"

"everyone here want to make up for what they've done so we thought of becoming like our own freedom fighter group with this island as our base of operation. With you as our leader."

"WHAT!" Shadow saw more then shock by this. He had been the leader of many things, but
this was new. "why me?"

"I'm smart, i know that. i could maybe give that Eggman a run for his money. Ivan is strong. He could turn mountains to dust. But neither of us can be a leader. You have experence as a leader. You were the key to everyone's freedom. If you hadn't come, we'd all still be in cages. Our plan wouldn't have work if not for you. Everyone here voted you would be our leader and I think no one here can do a beter job."

Shadow look at everyone and saw the determination in all their eyes. He closed his eyes and said, "We're not gonna be like a freedom fighter group."

That shock everyone until...

"We're gonna be a better one!"

Everyone started to cheer. A fox and dog walked up to Shadow, mike, and Ivan. the fox had a large chest while the dog had a large rolled up flag in their hands. They stop in front of them and waited.

"Well then we're gonna need a crest and name and here they are!" Mike said as the two opened\unrolled their item.

Shadow look at them both and smirked. "This is gonna be fun.

8 mouths later

So much has happened since Shadow was takened. Amy became a wreck when her fiancé left to protect her. She believe it was her fault Shadow was takened. That she wasn't strong enough. Sonic and the others tried to comfort her, but it was doing little good. Little by little she got better, but she still missed her Shadow. When they hear Shadow took over Prison Island, they knew GUN would come after Amy again to try to make Shadow submit to them. luckily Sonic and friends put an end to that.

Sonic and the other freedom fighters try to get to shadow on the island, but they weren't the only one. GUN also tried to get back to the Island, but it was a barrier protecting the whole island. For some reason the barrier wouldn't go down even for them. They knew he was planning something, but did know what

Now at Eggman's base, Sonic, Tails, knuckles and Amy were in separate tubes. Eggman was laughing at his victory. There was a giant cannon pointing at them with the remote in Eggman's hands.

"Hohohoho! New with my weapon complete and you all captured, theres no one to stop me!"
Eggman laughted. "So my blue friend, anything you'd like to add?"

"You not getting away with this!"

"We'll see"

Eggman was about to hit the button until...

*CRASH*

Breaking through the wall, a red figure on a motorcycle launched himself at the cannon and sliced it in half with a large sword in his hand. When the figure got to the ground, the cannon exploded. Everyone was shocked at who the figure was, but none more the Amy.

"Shadow ?" Amy said shocked.

After years of waiting for him, here he was in front of her. He had a black leater shirt with red-colored apparel, in the form of a long, two tailed coat and fingerless gloves. The coat seems to be fairly plain with an upturned collar and short sleeves with black cuffs, though the coat lacks coattails. Black leather pants with some red around the croach area and red boots. He had two custom made handgun, one black and one white, strapped to the back of his waist. In his hand was a giant doube sided sword with a skeleton like design.

(AN if you have trouble picturing it, think of Shadow with dante's clothes and weapons from Devil May Cry 4)

Shadow strapped the sword to his back and got off his bike. He pulled out both his guns and started to fire. He was pulling the trigger so fast, it sounded like a mechine gun. He shot at the tubes that held his friends with such accuracy and precision, he was able to shot without harming them.
Once they were all free, Shadow pointed his guns at Eggman and said, "Alright, Eggman surrender"

Eggman quickly reached and pressed a button. The alarm went off and the room was flooded with robots and surrounded them. He laughed and said, "you and what army, Shadow?"

"My army." Shadow replied. He then pressed the hidden communicater in his ear. "Shadow to Black Hurricane, NOW!"

Suddenly the entire building started to shake. Then a giant lazer blasted through the room. Everyone looked out the now created hole to see a large ship. It looked exactly like the Blue Typhone, but with different colors and two other changes.
All of the blue was now red and all the white was black. There was no palm trees and at the highest point there was a red flag. On the flag was a white skull with the right in a spiral instead of a eye hole and capital S above the on the eye hole on the right. On the top of the skull was a black upside down star. Under the skull was black smoke and behind the skull was two swords crossed.

(AN think of the d grayman skull when Allen got his eye back exept instead of a D its an S)

Two spears flew from the ship, entered through the hole, and struck the ground. Two figure then started slide on top of the cables. When they came close, everyone was them. Its was Mike the macaw and Ivan the bear.

"Orders captain?" Mike asked.

Shadow smiled and yelled, "Snow Pirates! Attack!"
