Description
When I painted the picture for Nessa the monster awoke in me. The monster that needs to paint blood. (I made a small bit of bloodsplatter on the one for Nessa, even though it doesn't show, thanks to the shadows). Anyway. I needed to satisfy that monster. I also wanted to see how Flippy would look like in my style.For those who aren't familiar with the show(or just can't recognize the characters after I mutated them into this) . It's Happy Tree Friends. If you haven't seen it. Search it on youtube. It's very satisfying. Though Flippy needs more episodes. D:

I'm pretty happy with the splatter on Flippy's shirt and the color in Cuddles's face. Mime just looks like a high, horny hobo. <.<
And I totally messed up the floor. Thought like: "Yeah, I'll use a texture for the carpet because I'm lazy and I'll edit it to make some perspective. But I made it look too deep compared to the distance between the Tree Friends and the wall. Oh, well. It doesn't matter. The blood does. I wanna paint more of this.

This monster should wake up inside of you more often cuz you've done a phenomenal job. Yeah you kinda messed up on the carpet but you're right....what matters is the blood....and in my case the expression of Flippy's face....that, my friend, is raw emotion.

I love this, you are amazingly detailed, and you're just.......so good with making blood look right. It can be really hard to do, getting the marks to look right sometimes. ;O

Haha. Yeah, I know. But I've figured a way how to make it look more right. By not trying to make it look right at all! Which is also why I enjoy to paint blood. It's just a messy game. xP (My favourite part is the splatter done by a tooth-brush)
