Character Bio:
Having lived in Zawame City his whole life, Tetsuya was a big fan of Beat Riders, especially Team Souten. However, when an Inves went rogue during an Inves Game and Team Souten's leader, who was supposed to transform for the first time, got scared and dropped his Sengoku Driver and Avocado Lockseed to run away, Tetsuya immediately grabbed it and transformed into Kamen Rider Khan to protect the other performers and spectators. Deciding to become the city's hero, he unknowingly became the enemy of both a power-hungry company and his former idol, now mad with jealousy from the attention he was getting.

Jingle: "*Guitar riff* Avocado Arms! Mister Slasher!"
Form Description: Khan transforms into his main form by inserting the Avocado Lockseed on the front of his Sengoku Driver and pushing the blade down to open it, making the Avocado Armor Part fall on his body to become his armor. This form is versatile, being the most balanced of his main forms but with a slight focus on speed.

Equipment:
- Sengoku Driver: Transformation belt.
- Avocado Lockseed: Transformation trinket.
- Aboken: Personal weapon, a scimitar looking like an avocado slice.

Notes:
- Pretty minor, but at first I was thinking of using the Ryugen-styled transformation jingle since a big part of the Mongol Empire was in Asia, but I decided against it because I couldn't get it to sound properly.
