Smogon has hosted its 31st Create-a-Pokemon Project, and the prompt for this one was a Ground-type Pokemon with Water Absorb (+ Serene Grace) that uses Diamond Storm. I ended up creating a porcelain crab pun! This design got fourth place out of 44 entries.
I used a few new inspirations when designing this CAP:
- DALL·E mini
- Nokemon
- using references, instead of drawing from imagination
